Hot Day Half Day Rafting
After a sleep in for everyone, rafting started at 11 today. Mark took to the stick, while Teru kept an eye on everyone from the kayak. After learning the ropes and the strokes at the start point, kayak and raft both charged through the toyonaga rapids with style and kept getting better from there.
With only a little trepidation the rock jump was conquered. After that things kept getting better, flying through Sandan with precision and on to Iwahara, where the meat of the rapid proved no problem at all.
