INFORMATION ON BOOKING

After the preferred tour date, preferred tour time and the number of participants are determined, please make your application either by calling us at 0278-72-8017 or use the following ‘on-line booking-application form’.
We suggest that you make your bookings for holidays and weekends as early in advance as possible!

After receiving your application, we will send you our “confirmation of booking details” (CBD) within a few days. This (CBD) makes your booking final. If you don’t receive our CBD in a timely manner, please contact us.

Application for a Group of 20 Persons or More.

Please arrange the payment as follows after making booking by telephone.

  1. Please complete the payment of 30 percent of the tour fee by bank transfer within one week from the date you applied, or one month before the tour date.
  2. Please inform us the scheduled number of the participants by 8 days before the tour date.
  3. Please complete the balance of the tour fee and inform us of the final
    number of the participants by 3 days before the tour date.

Cancellation of Tours

When your tour has to be cancelled due to unexpected bad weather or due to our inconvenience, we will provide a make-up tour at no extra charge, or we will refund the total fee. However, please note that we will refund only the tour fee, and not the transportation charge (rental car, train fare, etc.) to get to our base. The decision to cancel a tour is usually made one day before the tour date, however there are circumstances where a cancellation just before the tour cannot be avoided due to cases of sudden weather changes or emergencies.

10 – 7 days before: 10 percent of the tour fee
6 – 2 days before: 30 percent of the tour fee
Day before: 50 percent of the tour fee
